Event Ticketing System

Leading a remote team of developers Product Managing the custom development of Proton, a bespoke ticketing software solution, designed to support BAFTA’s international events.

2016 - 2017

Voting Site Relaunch

Project managed two-year project to systematically relaunch awards voting system including front and back end UX design, 2FA, live voting metrics and back-end code redevelopment.

2015 - 2018

Commercialisation of Nucleus

Proposed and drove the commercialisation of Nucleus by restructuring development and support processes. Scoped and project managed on-boarding and customer specific custom development. Successfully increased client base resulting in 26,000 entries submitted in 2018.


Secure Jury Voting System

Implementation of tablet voting system on a limited budget. Utilised sophisticated technology to create secure local WIFI networks powered by CubieTruck servers which upload PGP encrypted results to AWS cloud servers.

Re-purposing Nucleus for new Business Areas

Execution of product transformation by developing custom features and introducing new production workflows, to support initiative and membership applications management, awards tickets sales and a support ticketing system, designed to respond to growing client base.
